World Vision Faith & Development

As a part of World Vision and Fuller’s commitment to participate in God’s mission in the world to reconcile all things, together we have developed this course to help World Vision’s global teams to strengthen their relationships within themselves to better benefit their communities and God’s kingdom. On this journey to stronger and healthier teams, we will discuss the biblical principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and how they apply to our internal functioning as an organization and our external work in support of children worldwide. Here, we will challenge you and your team to dive deeper into understanding each other and your communities by evaluating your strengths and making a plan to address your weaknesses.
