Mindfulness: Meeting God in Stillness

We have all experienced it: That moment when there is just too much; too much work, too much required of us, too much going on in our lives. And we don’t always know how to meet with God in the midst of that. You may even wonder if you can! Mindfulness is a way for us to do just that; meet with God in the stillness, listening for his “still, small voice.” This course will introduce to you the psychological and spiritual practice of mindfulness and provide you the opportunities to practice it in multiple ways to personally experience the benefits that it can have in your walk with God. Join Joey Fung as she guides you on this journey to awareness, the present moment, and self-compassion!

We estimate that this will take you about 5 hours to complete (but not all in one sitting!).
